I'm a big believer in work at work. Adobe has never taken attendance. We trust people. But I don't know how you build culture. You have to navigate the technology, your technology better be good if you're a product company. And you've got to be transparent with your customers on that. If there are issues of fear? There's not much you can do about some of that stuff. Even though Behance is an Adobe site, we did not train it on Behance data even though our model is completely trained on Behance. So luckily, I survived.
