Venetoclax for T1114 Translocations?

I keep waiting for Laurie Worth to pop out behind you from her office next door. Any comment on Venetoclax? It's hard to find a case of T1114 and out there in the community. I generally will use it second line because most of these patients have had RVD, Rev maintenance. Would typically use it in combination of Proresome inhibitor and extremely well tolerated.
