The Importance of Confidence
confidence has to come from a couple of different places. It's not enough to say, hey, I'm confident because I know I can add value. You have to believe that you're valuable. There's another level of confidence that comes from study and time and practice if you're a public speaker. The confidence based on a lot of different things in the context of the deep uncertainty that comes with emotional work or entrepreneurship.
