The Importance of Rehabilitation in Prisons

I think that reforming the prison system is a better avenue than just letting rich people stay in their mansions when they get in trouble. So I don't think that the suffering is a necessary part of our prison system. If we're actually listening to restitution, then yeah, we should encourage. And I was with Holmes to get a book deal and write her if I did it manuscript and give that to the people that are agreed. But yeah, I would rank restitution higher than punishment. Again, punishment is very low.
