The brain is a system that needs regular anealing processes to release built up pressure, and then it settles down into more kind of eff regulation systems. To be an adaptive leader, you actually sometimes need to sort of, like, pound on the table in a crazy way just to get people to realize that there's a problem to be solved. And then you need to be a concentual leader who, you know, cools things down and and so forth.
