The History of the Chabin Culture in Peru

There appears to have been no military evidence during the chavin period. The prevailing is that the areas of chabin influence simply fragmented and modernized into newer cultures depending on their respective geographical locations. Some Chinese scholars show much more positive interest than i do in the possibility of this happening. This might not be a very convincing argument. One consideration is the choice of animals depicted on the artifects, birds, snakes and cats feature on both the cultures of the shang dynasty of china and the chavin culture of peru. And a rough date of around 200 b c e is suggested for the disappearance of the chabin and paracas cultures.
