Is There a Recession in Small Cap Stocks?

There are a lot of cheap stocks out their on wosit is a stunny number of cheap stocks. Anything below 500 million trades at like two times cash flowi own a bunch of these things. And i think that some of the problem is cuppy, that small cap has traded so cheap ecas everyone's indexed for so long. But ol, mutual fund gueyser or chasing rivian or whatever crap ther chasein instead of cash blow but o, there is a ton of opportunity. I actid managers will ot eform because some indexes themselves have really clustered in a couple of tech names,. and i don't think tex going to do well.
