Self love reps are to be uber nice to yourself throughout your day. Make sure everything's beautiful little gestures of you know kindness here and there. Smiles when you see a reflection in the mirror. And I mean literally move like as in yoga or somehow change the channel on your physiology like to get a head change. So just make that a goal and go through the motions and know that it does affect you whether or not in the moment it feels authentic.
