Introduction
In a normal world, i would mentally refer to two timeless principles when observing a disaster of epic proportions. Acam's razor can be defined simply as, all things being equal, simpler explanations are generally better than more complex ones. And then there is the second timeless principle that almost all analysts would refer to when commentating on abauched operation, a disastrous outcome or other calamitous incidents.
