Is It a Tactical Withdrawal From Ukrane?
In practice, ukrane has been conducting a lot of its counter tact counter attacks with a very small number of brigades. The battlefield is around 800 kilometers in length and includes multiple fronts. It means that to conduct an offensive, either side has to find additional forces to build up in one particular area. We're being held by territorial defense forces. Lower equipment level, lower training level, high motivation of capo. Motivation doesn't compensate for everything, right?
