There are quite a number of points in this text in which hugenta leadership is criticized for basically being weak and failing to achieve the aims that had been set by the central committee. And there's a very telling line where he refers to the weak and lax government that came before him, weak and lax governmante. He could have taken fire, or lined up haga fung in his sights and said more the same thing, but he chose not to do that. So i think the i it is interesting that shijim ping has used this as an opportunity to really tech quite extensively, the mode of operation, or the mode of governance, of his predecessor.
