The Lord Above the Ladder
In the verse, when it says, the lord above the ladder, te the hebrew is vague there with its its prepositions. And other translations say, beside him. There's even one bible translation that says that the lord was leaning upon the ladder. That's kindo a fundamental image. Let me be above you to beckon you higher, but also alongside you, rung by rung to steady you,. Don't get dizzy in your discipleship. Just keep climbing and i'll climb right alongside you.
