Alexander: For many people, there they're not actually present with themselves in the present moment. I would be asking them to pay more attention, be present enough to release tension or free up that relationship. And of course, that would sort of work kind of for a few minutes, but then they would immediately get back into more rushing and tangled up again. So it became clear to mead i j tot, well, so maybe it's the whole way the person is going about things, and the tension simply is the co ordination of them rushing like that.
