i joined the civil service in end o 96 orl beginning at 97. My entire career up until the 20 ten e election, was under new labour. And so i didn't really think about things a lot because actually i was really happy with the direction of the government. I saw lots of money and emphasis. Am thought, going into kind of public services, it was a brilliant time to be a sivilservant. You know, you might not get the best pay in the world, but actually you can go home satisfied that things that you are into inflamment are actually making people's lives better.
