Building Bridges - Did People Jump Start Confidence in Franklin Rose?

Glenwood: How do we build bridges in a time of such little trust in government? What historical experiences would you point to to give people a guiding light as to how to do it? Glenwood: Did people have trust in franklin roosevelt because he was franklin. Or did they have trust because he did policies that put people back in the boat? We could benefit from big educational investments and community investments along those lines, perhaps even from thinking about compulsory national service of some sort. Need some mechanism funded to put people on the same boat.
