How to Determine if a Patient Has an Acute Coronary Syndrome

The bulk of patients are not having an active coronary syndrome. If someone's got good functional capacity, then they don't need a stress test. The only patients who need more workup are patients who have an elevated risk based on a risk calculator and have less than four MACE or an unknown functional capacity.
