Is There a Way to Measure Customer Experience?

We have to gain, I think the biggest one is that you actually know what benefits you're bringing to the customers. Instead of just producing stuff that may or may not work. What I also think is if you don't do it, you might end up creating the wrong things, right? So you can have the right metric and work towards the metric. But if it's the wrong goal that you're handling efficiently, then you're only going worse and worse.
