A lot of electronic musicians come up the ranks, the old school way. That's how you always did it. And I guess now I'm sort of more prone to sort of do songwriting sessions where I don't do that. Just for my own sake. You need to get like a bit of a buzz on about the core sound of it before you can move forward. It all depends different. How disrespectful are you to the material?
