The term runs a centralized sequence right it's not decentralized at all. They have a private mempool and transactions aren't made public until they're mind in a block. So basically what's happened is that you get searches which spam the relay with like hundreds of thousands of connection requests, just so they have a higher chance of being the one that receives the transaction that went through the sequencer.
