Do You Have a List of Dreams?
Wellsome says he and his wife have some really, really big dreams. They want to build out a regionalized supply chain so that when resteaurants do come on line they can educate consumers about where their food comes from. Wellsome also wants to get involved with assisted lunch programmes but this requires working with government.
