The Challenges of Flexibility for Women
Technology enables more flexible working, greater power in some respects to for the employee rather than the employer. The thing is really inequality, like you said, because it only works if men and women take up the same sort of amount of take out the same kind of flexibility. And I think now going forward, we can keep the flexibility, but then make sure that no one is left behind.
