The Importance of Balance in Life

I think a lot of it is about balance, right? Time for you, time for the things that are important to you. I tell people, if you're not going to go work out, that's fine, but please go for a walk. Um, eating well, getting sleep, which I know a lot of us don't do and, and honestly fit this on any level. Stay active is just super important in our global health for sure. Absolutely. And I think that during this pandemic time, I think it's put a focus on how important a lot of those things are.
