Leadership - Is There a Future State?
I love this concept and it comes from a bunch of different places. I think every framework has a disundergree, but it's how I lead is I to me always I start with what I call the desired future state. And by the way, it could be how you want your day to go tomorrow all the way to like what you want your family life to look like in 10 years or your business to looklike in 10 years. But it's some future state that you want that's like exciting and inspirational. The magic happens in learning and iterating towards closing the gap between those two things.
