How to Design a Portfolio That's Robust
Hedge funds have to deal with this basket of options problem, which is a cost problem. You are paying managers who are getting a carry. And what's happening is that you can have a situation where the net portfolio can be down. If we could figure out a ways to reduce fees, reduction all of these things we would and we're always trying to stuff it in different vehicles. But at the same time, all I care about is what my net return is.
