The Ten Year Yield and the Fed Rate Cuts
I find it surprising that they announced when they're going to refill it. It just doesn't make any sense. The optics of it may be preventing them from moving. But I don't think the Biden administration is going to get caught dead buying oil. So we'll see if they continue to be a little bit less than transparent about buying it back. Or if they show up in the markets one day, then we'll know that maybe they're getting more serious about it.
