The Importance of Time Management in Architecture
There is a big problem with time management okay there is no awareness about time about how much time it's necessary to develop the different phases of a process and also lack of awareness about priorities. Most part of the architects I work with have no idea how they spend their timeHow many hours on a project how many hours for a task which kind of collaborators they need which kind of skills should they have so it I would say time and time and priorities I really domain things because it's it's what gets in the way when you're working a reactive mode and you don't really take your time to play it out.
