Kiran Dun: We need to be very careful not to just use students as guinea pigs either. There's an increasingly a large body of support practices around compassion and self compassion. So those worlds, the kind of abstruse, nebulous worlds that say I might reside in sometimes and then the world's a stem, they they can merge in very rich and enriching ways.
