How to Improve Your Hydration During Training

You always come in typically fully hydrated. You may want to take like, a thousand milligrams of sodium and 12 ounces of fluid 60 minutes before performance. That's not going to really boost your blood vine that much, but that way you're coming in full hydrated. And yes, do tdehydration applimation. So wear like thate inner. Average person who as not an athlete, for them a lhat's it. Ma, like an easy way to improve that would be just not always a particular hydratend not always hyper hyprohydrate beforehand.
