People don't want to feel emils, messenges communications outside of office hours. So the littlest test really is what some workers are demanding for. Firms need to be open to the fact that there are going to be times when their employers aren't going to be responsive on all methods of communication. Every individual, as difrent needs, is very difficult to mand ite sudden working hours and then andp losing the flexibility,. It comes from the whole idea of knowledge work and working whenever and wherever.
