When I first introduced the character of Jackson Lam, I made reference to Timothy Smith. He just actually just used his names straight away. We talked about putting them onto screen. And when Gary Ovenman was cast, people were saying it should have been Timothy Spall who'd do him that. The thing is that Timothy Spall at the time was not quite as lean and as well maintained as he is now. SoGary Ovenman does a better Timothy Spall gone to seed than Timothy Spall does now,. But as to whether I'll change, right? Since I first saw the completed show, I've been writing a different book which will be out later this year. so
