In this disrupted world, enk, what you kill is not going to get it. We introduced some new metrics that would allow people to expand the benefits they got for inconveniencing themselves. It was really interesting to watch the shift in people's mentality. One of the most cynical blokes in this entire organization liked how he was regarded. Now he suddenly realized, no one thinks i'm the shark who doesn't give a dam about anybody. They realize, as i've always thought, that i'm someone who wants to co with people. And this had been his pathway to that.
