Is a Network a Good Idea?

A liquid network is a collection of people in an area. Because they're simply around other people you can't help but absorb some of the ideas from those other groups. And then that can inform your own thinking on an idea and develop an idea. That's kind of how I think about it now Whether that's the way he would explain it or not. so maybe The best way I could come up with this is Like the easiest example I can think of off top of my head is if you think of a cup Full of water and it's overflowing And then that water goes everywhere else.
