How do you run due diligence on a car wash and know that you're not entering a place that people just don't want their car washer? There's 16, three. One of the nice things about the Express Tunnel car wash space is that you can really run a great business in a location with say, area median income of $40,000 or $50,000. Whereas you might not touch a big class a multi family property in that same market because it's a different demographic. If you can afford $5 a week, then you're probably a good customer for us. You want high traffic counts 20, 30, 40,000 cars going by on a daily basis.
