How Do You Find a Good Ghost Writer for Your Insurance Webs?

I write all the content for my insurance webbs, i i write the majority of it. Id just started hiring a ghost wrider to create new courses for me. I think i went through ten writers to find somebody that was a good fit. It's not as easy as you would believe it is, at least of my experience.
