Gratitude and Entitlement Are the Weapons of the Spiritual Life

Gratitude is then the weapon that we carry to fight one of the most subtle and most dangerous thieves of the spiritual life. Entitlement and gratitude begins in hindsight. It's often said the hindsight is 20-20, which I don't think is exactly true. But hindsight is where we tend to be able to see the move of God in our lives most clearest.
