Moses: These mostly normal labs are helpful to rule that causes. As you said, delivering kidney symptoms, be just doing fine and there are no clues to adrenal insufficiency. The fact that this patient has a normal A1C in the context of neuroglucopanic symptoms is suspected of an indigenous hypoglycemic disorder for sure. So I would like to know if she's got similar episodes before, any sepeptomatic is available. Basically, Moses, tell us what's causing this person to make more insulin.
