The International Court Has Found Enough Evidence to Request President Putin's Arrest

The International Court has said that it has found enough evidence of war crimes to put out an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin, President of Russia. Rhea below El-Vova is accused of forcibly deporting Ukrainian children from areas that Russia is occupying to other parts of occupied Ukraine and also to the Russia Federation. We don't know what evidence the court has, only the court can answer that question. What we do know is that there is a pretty well-documented practice by Russian officials and their proxies and Russian forces in areas that Russia currently occupies.
