i can't help but feel kind of what allan is insinuating there, or directly saying, is that it's over represented the amount of influence some of these inquotations influencers have on the general public. A lot of meal timing stuff that actual did come from scientific research that was just incomplete and maybe a little exaggerated when it hit the public. The idea that you got to eat more frequently to burn more calories and lose fat started in the science. These were all based upon acute studies looking at substrait metabolism rather than at fat loss over time.
