The Importance of Having a Strong Solicitor General's Office
There are a lot of connections, I guess I would say, between AG's offices and states. If you're an SG who's paying attention to litigation, you can see what other states have the same interest that you do. And so you kind of know whether they would be interested in whatever you're putting together. Once you put one coalition together, then the next time a similar issue arises, well, you just kind of get the same team together. Again, right?
