How to Be a Successful Agile Introduction

Always leave code better than you found it. Always just look at your process and pick one thing and fix that. And then the next week, pick another thing andfix that. You know what, some people may find it daunting to say that all of this needs to be continuous improvement. We don't have time for that. Blah, blah, blah. But I find it immensely liberating because here's the secret. You're going to get it wrong the first time around anyway.
