Geoffrey had a skull fracture in his temple, 34 staples in his head and three puncture wounds on his wrist. He says he almost passed out a few times but the couple sitting with him kept him awake. After several days in the hospital, geffrey was able to return home. Geffrey's been careful to take precautions, like never diving alone.

In March of this year, a biologist working in a nature preserve in Florida saw an alligator swimming along a canal with something in its mouth. When she looked closer, she realized it was a human arm.
