How to Be Socially Accepted

I think it's definitely more acceptable when you're like outside of work, like meeting new people and I mean sometimes it's hard to gauge though because some people might just not accept that. If no one like breaks the ice, then it could also be awkward just from how little people share. Dang, so being social is hard. Oh god, I'm just the day we all go back into the office.
