We're used to having everything we want in the supermarket until nine at 9 and having it all year round. And this is not how it works, so what we are trying to do is change the mentality into your product for it to be fresh and sustainable. We will only pick it up from the field whenever it's ready. From there, what we do is we ship it like or average shipment from all across Europe to all across Europe.
