How to Quit Your Job and Get a New Job

I wonder if this question is being asked kind of maybe as asking permission to quit. I mean, unless you want to try and enact organizational change, bailing is an easy way out that in today's climate has not enormous downsides. This listener has been at the job for a year and a half. It's probably not going to be a big problem is my guess. Maybe Fox Pro is the only game in town.
