The Challenges and Difficulties of Moving to the Private Sector

For those that are in the military, ad they're looking to move into thi space as a career when they get out. I had seen people who have come straight from the military have a, a failure to adjust, if you will,. So i would encourage anyone who comes out of the military to at least get a wicopedian knowledge of matrix org structures. S if not, it can be a little bit confusing at first, but that's just for my experience.
