The data show that there is no upper limit to the benefit that comes from increased fitnessincrease muscle mass increase strength especially increased cardio fitness we see no upper bound to that limit this is kind of unusual in biology right interesting you know most things in biology are used upside down use most of biology is the Goldilocks principle cardio respiratory fitness is an exception to that rule it's one of the exceptions.
