i think jesus isn't new in the jewish tradition of starting to question and wonder, how do outsiders fit in this conversation about the people and god? So it's not a tradition that i would have grown up with. The book of jonah wrestles with this same idea in the favore book of the biblee almost convinced my wife to name our son jonah, that asmy first choice, but lost out.
