Is There a Substitute Like Artificial Blood?

artificial blood is nothing but dazze semo, himoglobin. It has a shorter life span, shorter half life and no refrigeration required. But as long as we are not able to get a substitute like artificial blood, some substitute which we are able to incuse, instead of depending upon equals, we won't be able to get past this troble baty.
