Organic Certification

It's really hard as a small rancer to get organic certified. So arting locally. And, you know, we were small, so i went to a lot of just local ranchers. I literally walked up and down the streets of some of the northern new mexico towns where the farmers who sell at the markets raise their product. You know, just literally talking to people and not working my first beef supplier was my mechanic's father-in-law.
