TikTok is mostly a standardized technology product that doesn't really have to be localized very much. You can do internationalization with other service businesses, but it takes a long time. Chinese companies are going aggressively international right now in electric and probably autonomous vehicles. I actually expect that Chinese EV makers will be very successful in a lot of the world.
